Compassion fatigue is real. Anxiety, burnout, and relational overwhelm are common costs to a lifetime of ministry and giving to others. As the years go on and the layers stack up, many leaders in ministry find themselves nearing the edge of burnout.
I specialize in working with pastors, ministry leaders, therapists, and spiritual directors, and caregivers who have spent a lot of time and energy offering hope and guidance to others.

Investment + Insurance
60-minute therapy session: $160
I am an out-of-network (OON) provider with all insurance companies.
I will provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit to
your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Scheduling
Scheduling is based entirely on your needs, budget, and schedule.
Session frequency can range from biweekly to monthly or occasional check-ins.
I am based in Fort Collins, CO. I offer virtual and in-person therapy sessions on Monday & Tuesday (and the occasional Wednesday).
Due to Colorado licensing regulations, I can only offer therapy to Colorado residents.
