I'm so glad you're here.
If you're seeking a spacious place to explore, grow, and process your life, you're in the right place.
With gentleness and clarity, I help guide people on a path towards inner transformation. I specialize in long-term relational work with adults who are seeking personal growth alongside deepening their life with God.
As a licensed therapist, spiritual director, and educator, my life's work is to accompany people towards deeper levels of integration, growth, and transformation - so that you are free to pursue the things God has called you to without being held back.
I care deeply about cultivating health in God's Kingdom and I work best with people who share a similar framework.

What it's like to work with me...
My style of relating is warm, direct, and curious.
Our time together will probably feel like a fluid and reflective conversation, with lots of questions and space for you to think. There will be invitations for deeper processing and probably some laughter and levity mixed in.
I'm not the kind of therapist who smiles, nods, and stares at you in awkward silence. I'm way too engaged to passively sit back and let you do all the work. I'll be right in the middle of it with you as we connect dots and look at deeper layers.
I probably won't give you "homework" because I believe healing the roots of your problems usually doesn't happen with worksheets. But I will happily suggest helpful books, podcasts, and reflective resources to support your growth.
Above all, I will hold your story with gentleness, safety, and respect.

Supporting leaders is my life's work. It is my calling.
I believe deep in my bones that healthy communities start with healthy leaders. My primary aim is to help people cultivate greater degrees of healing and integration in their lives so they can positively impact the people and world around them. When we stop living from unprocessed pain, we are freer to step into the life and leadership that God has for us.
I have spent an uncommon amount of time in the deep waters of suffering - I am no stranger to pain. I have also experienced immense healing and restoration through my own therapeutic work and spiritual direction journey. I believe we can't take people further than we have gone, so my commitment to my own health is just as strong as my desire for my clients to embrace theirs.
A little extra...
In addition to my interpersonal work with clients, I am also a wife, sister, novice gardener, educator, deep thinker, photographer, and a writer.
I was born and raised in Colorado and I have lived in Fort Collins for the last 20 years with my husband David. I have a deep love and affection for the wilderness and desert landscapes. In my free time, you'll find me exploring the American West in search of beauty and solitude in wild places.
