My name is Becky and
it is my honor to journey with you.
I am a licensed therapist and a spiritual director in Fort Collins, Colorado. I specialize in working with pastors, ministry leaders, and Christians who are deeply committed to spiritual growth and cultivating health in their lives and in the communities they are part of.
Following a path that integrates clinical psychology and Christian spirituality, we will walk together towards greater levels of clarity and integration.
Whether you work with me directly or simply spend a few moments here, my hope is that you will experience a greater sense of peace and clarity on your journey.

Therapy offers a way to help you live and lead with greater wholeness, freedom, and wisdom. The focus of my work is depth-oriented, which means we tend to the roots of things instead of simply managing symptoms. The fruit of therapy extends into the world around you - your family, staff, teams, ministry, and faith community all benefit from the increased health, clarity, and balance that emerges in your life.
I currently offer therapy to a limited number of clients per year.
