Clinical Supervision FAQ

Do you offer supervisory billing?

No, I do not. I primarily work with private pay therapists. You are still welcome to work with me for clinical supervision, but you will also need to retain a billing supervisor.

What populations do you specialize in?

I offer supervision for therapists who work with adult populations. My areas of clinical expertise are: faith/spirituality, trauma and cPTSD, anxiety, burnout, and personality disorders.

Are there areas you do not offer supervision for?

Currently, I do not offer supervision for therapists who work with minors under the age of 12, substance use disorders (SUD), or psychosis.

How much supervision do I need?

The State of Colorado has very specific requirements based on when you graduated. For most people, 100 hours of clinical supervision must occur concurrently with the accrual of a specific number of direct client hours. This can't happen any faster than 2 years.

Will you help me set up my private practice?

As a clinical supervisor, my focus is on the ethical care of your clients. That being said, ethical care often means thinking through the structures of your practice and how they affect your clients, so the administrative side of running a private practice is inherently a part of supervision.

Professional Consultation

Consultation allows you to slow down, gain clarity, and find perspective when the path ahead does not seem obvious.

Whether you are navigating a complex clinical case, equipping a ministry team with trauma-informed principles, or you are building a sustainable private practice, I offer thoughtful consultation that brings clinical insight and years of experience in ministry and clinical mental health care.

Beyond giving advice, my goal is to help you gain deeper discernment so you can move forward with clarity.

Consultation For

Spiritual Directors

Spiritual directors sit at the unique intersection of someone's faith, story, trauma, and life with God. Sometimes these waters get murky, and it's hard to know the best way to navigate the path forward.

I am grateful to teach, lead, supervise, and equip spiritual directors so they feel more equipped to hold space for the messiness of life that we encounter in spiritual direction.

If you are a spiritual director seeking supervision or consultation, I'd be honored to hold space for you and help you find clarity for those you guide.
