You've read the books, set the goals, and have explored the many paths of self-help. It's been helpful, but you still sense there is more to uncover.
Or perhaps you've been in therapy for years and something has stalled in the process. You have come so far from where you first began, but you know there are deeper layers to discover in your journey with Jesus.
For many people, therapy is about survival. We need to get through the crisis, use the tools, and get the help. I understand this on a deep level and have worked in this setting for many years. Therapy is an invaluable tool for navigating pain and problems.
Go beyond coping skills, self-help, and life hacks.
Your healing was never meant to stall out with self-help books and understanding the mechanics of your nervous system. There is always more growth, transformation, and integration available.
Living from organic clarity, focus, integration, and emotional health, and alignment with God is not only possible - it's the whole point.
Discover the depths of spiritual and personal transformation
Guided by the principles of Trauma-informed Soul Care, accompanying people on the deeper journey is the heart of my practice. This work sits at the intersection of trauma-informed care, depth psychology, spiritual direction, storywork, and several other therapeutic frameworks that I value.
This process is about noticing God's movements in your life, learning more about your core identity, and healing internal barriers so that you can reach the next level of thriving and growth in life, work, ministry, and faith.
Through this process, true healing, change, and growth eventually touch every part of your life. Trauma-Informed Soul Care invites God to transform every part of your life. What are some of the fruits of this journey?

FAQ
Is this the same thing as "normal" therapy?
No. While elements of this type of therapy are used in my approach with every person I work with, this is a deeper dive into the intersection of faith, story, calling, and transformation. Typical therapy is focused on solutions for specific problems, goals to achieve, resources and tools, and finding stabilization in the midst of pain or crisis.
Is this appropriate for someone in crisis?
No. If you are in crisis, this is not the right framework for you. Please email me for referrals to therapists who offer crisis-related services.
How long does this journey take?
This kind of journey does not have a defined start or end point. Many aspects emerge over time and become woven into the fabric of your life. Some people have more patterns to detangle and barriers to heal than others. Most people who engage in this process work with me for 2-5 years.
