I specialize in working with people who are experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, and overwhelm. When life stressors get to this point, band-aid approaches often stop working. To move forward with lasting change, it's important that we get to the root of things.

 

 

Together, we will gently explore the reasons for anxiety while also explore regulating resources so that you can begin to experience healing and relief that are not just temporary, but offer you freedom. Many people who suffer from anxiety are surprised to find out that they have a lot of characteristic of the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait, which can help normalize your life experience.

Whenever we are tending to anxiety. we have to pay attention to the story your body is telling us. As we listen, we begin to see the layers of stress, dysregulation, tension, and distress with new eyes.

 

 

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches when I'm working with clients who have anxiety. More than managing symptoms, we focus on why the anxiety is there in the first place.

 

As we look at the roots, we begin to everything on a completely new level. This is when it all begins to change.

60-minute therapy session: $160

 

 

 

I am an out-of-network (OON) provider with all insurance companies. I will

provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance

company for possible reimbursement.

Scheduling

 

Therapy is based entirely on your needs, budget, and schedule. Session frequency can range from

weekly to bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as-needed check-ins.

 

 

I am based in Fort Collins, CO and I offer virtual and in-person therapy sessions Monday - Wednesday.

 

 

Due to Colorado licensing regulations, I can only offer therapy to Colorado residents.
