Trauma -Informed
Soul Care
What is Trauma-Informed Soul Care?
It's not just therapy and it's not purely spiritual care -
it's a hybrid of both.
The core of soul care is allowing the soul to receive rest, nourishment, healing, guidance, and love in the Trinity. The core of trauma-informed care is honoring our complex and sometimes painful memories, stories, bodies, and experiences in a safe, slow way that does not re-traumatize.
Trauma-informed soul care seeks to nourish and heal the soul in a way that honors hard things that your story might carry.
Trauma-Informed Soul Care might be a good fit if you:
