Life might feel like a wilderness right now. The way forward is confusing - you can't see the trail anymore and there are no signs that point toward home. Something has to give, there has to be a better way.
Or maybe you're at a crossroads in life. You're ready to shed some old layers, explore your story, and discover the next steps God has for you.
If this sounds like where you're wandering, you're in the right place.
welcome
My name is Becky and
I am here to help.
I am a licensed therapist and a spiritual director in Fort Collins, Colorado. I specialize in guiding people out of the confusing wilderness and into a place of restoration, balance, and clarity.
Following a path that integrates clinical psychology and Christian spirituality, we will journey together towards inner transformation.
Whether you work with me directly or simply read a few words here, my hope is that you will experience a greater sense of wholeness on your journey.
I'm so very glad you are here.
Find Your Path to Healing
Trauma-informed therapy is a safe, gentle, and effective way to find the healing and clarity you long for. My style of therapy focuses less on band-aid approaches and more on healing the roots of your pain so that you can live from a place of wholeness and integration.
Sometimes all you need is a dedicated space to slow down, process, pray, refocus on God, and tend to your inner life. If this sounds like what your heart and soul need, spiritual direction might be the perfect option for you to explore in this season of life.
Reasons to Engage Spiritual Direction:
Deepen your relationship with Jesus
Explore your questions about God
Find clarity if you're in a spiritual wilderness
Discern God's movements in your life
Process your spiritual journey
Listen for God's voice
