A Spacious Place for:

You need a safe space to process
Patterns are surfacing that need attention
You're in a season of change that requires discernment
You don't want more tools - you want transformation
The path forward isn't as clear as it used to be
You're curious to explore more of your story and experience
You wonder what God is up to in all of this
Wouldn't it be great if you...
Lived from a place of strength, balance, and wholeness
Gained perspective and deep understanding
Could process Hard Things in a healthy way
Let go of old narratives that hold you back
Felt more connected to Jesus in the midst of it all
Had a reliable place to breathe and process
Didn't have to do it all alone
My Approach
Gentle movement forward
My job as a therapist is to join you on the journey. Think of me as a guide in the wilderness who points out landmarks along the way and sets up camp when your feet are tired. Together, we move through different landscapes at a sustainable pace that ensures you don't get lost or exhausted.
On the technical side of things, I practice depth-oriented therapy through a trauma-informed lens. This means that I'm most interested in looking beneath the surface, instead of offering you temporary bandaids to cope with life. When we tend to the roots, the symptoms on the surface naturally resolve.
I have strengths in the realm of discernment and teaching, which means I will occasionally speak words of guidance, direction, and clarifying truth, but I won't give you all the answers; we will seek them together.

What my clients
would say...
My clients would describe me as an old soul - an intuitive guide who brings depth into the room and meets them without an agenda.
Many of my clients would say, surprisingly, that therapy has become a highlight that they genuinely look forward to - it is a welcome refuge where they can process, grow, and press into deeper layers of restoration.
They would also mention that we explore things that were never initially on their radar. As time goes on, they can see how the dots connect as they understand their story through a new lens - and that has made all the difference.
Finally, they would also tell you that they feel deeply cared for in therapy. This is not a manufactured transaction where you pay me for an hour of conversation - this is a real relationship where you are known, and your story is held with honor and care.
A Place to Rest + Heal

My office offers a quiet, peaceful, confidential space for my clients. You'll find lots of natural light, soft textures, natural elements, and privacy.
Located in midtown Fort Collins, my office is centrally located and offers easy access from Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Greeley, Wellington, Laramie, and Cheyenne.

My Christian faith informs my entire life, therapy included. Jesus and I work in the realm of healing together - we are a package deal.
That being said, I will never throw Bible verses at your problems or tell you just to pray harder to make your pain go away. I have spent many years integrating clinical psychology and faith-based practices into an approach that honors the whole person - mind, body, and soul.
If your faith or spirituality is an important part of your life, I'd love to discuss how we might incorporate God into your healing journey. Even if you're mad at God or not sure where you're at with God, you are welcome here.
If you happen to believe something different than I do, you are welcome too! I will honor your beliefs as part of what makes you unique and I will never hold a spiritual agenda or push my beliefs on you.
If you are curious about my theology, you can read my Statement of Faith here.
