It's finally time

to heal.

Fort Collins anxiety therapist

You've been noticing a few things lately...

Past pain is resurfacing

You don't like how you're responding to stress

You're reaching your limits in every realm of life

Old habits and tendencies make you feel stuck

The tools from your old therapist and self-help books aren't working

You're ready for a new way.

Wouldn't it be great if you...

Had clarity to move forward

Could change your default patterns

Lived from a place of strength, balance, and wholeness

Gained perspective on why you've been stuck

Could process Hard Things in a healthy way

Finally found the healing you long for

Didn't have to do it all alone

My approach

Gentle movement forward.

I practice therapy from a holistic and trauma-informed lens. This means I use abundant care in approaching the whole of who you are: mind, body, heart, soul, relationships, work, family, sleep - it all matters.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My job is to join you on the journey of recovering what has been lost and finding new ways forward. Think of me as a guide in the wilderness, pointing out markers along the way with clarity and setting up camp when your feet are tired.

I am a compassionate and curious person (so many questions!), and I am relentless in contending for healing in my clients' lives.

Our time together will be full of questions, conversation, processing, and spacious reflection. There might be a few tears, heavy sighs, and most likely a little laughter too. We will balance goals with reflection as we chart our way out of the pain and confusion and move into a land of spacious freedom and health.

Above all, I will hold your story with care.

My Areas of Specialty

We might be a good fit if....

  • Everything feels complicated, unbalanced, and overwhelming right now
  • You are experiencing :
    a) stress, uncertainty, or anxiety
    b) feeling "stuck" in life
    c) past pain and trauma are resurfacing
    d) confusion about the way forward
  • You might describe yourself as a:
    a) high-achiever
    b) people-pleaser
    c) perfectionist
    d) all of the above!
  • You want lasting change vs. a quick fix
  • Your marriage, kids, job, or health are being impacted
  • It's finally time to find internal peace + external balance
  • Integrating your faith into your healing journey is important to you

What my clients say...

My clients would describe me as an old soul - an intuitive guide who brings depth into the room and meets them without an agenda.

They would also tell you that they feel deeply cared for in therapy. This is not a manufactured transaction where you pay me for an hour of conversation. This is a real relationship where you are known and your story is held with honor and care.

Many of my clients would say, surprisingly, that therapy has become a highlight of their week and they genuinely look forward to their sessions. For many, this space has become a welcome refuge where they can process, grow, lament, and press into deeper layers of restoration.

Spiritual Integration

My Christian faith informs my entire life, therapy included. Jesus and I work in the realm of healing together - we're a package deal.

That being said, I will never throw Bible verses at your problems or tell you just to pray harder to make your problems disappear. I have spent many years integrating clinical psychology and faith-based practices into an approach that honors the whole person - mind, body, and soul.

If your faith or spirituality is an important part of your life, I'd love to discuss how we might incorporate God and your faith into your healing journey.

If you happen to believe something different than I do, you are welcome too! I will honor your beliefs as part of what makes you unique and I will never hold a spiritual agenda or push my beliefs on you.
